Precision Steel is an A.I.S.C. Certified structural, architectural, and special project metal fabrication facility located in Calvert City, Ky. With concentration on beam, heavy gauge, and plate fabrication (16 gauge to 12” thick), Precision Steel features the large capacity metal working equipment to provide accurate, timely solutions to all metal fabrication needs. With a broad range of completed projects in carbon and stainless steels, monel, hastelloy, aluminum, and various alloys, Precision Steel has expertise in a variety of steel applications. The company’s capabilities include: welding, braking, rolling, shearing, sawing, grinding, punching, sand blasting, painting, plasma and oxyfuel cutting. Precision Steel holds the ASME “U” Stamp for custom design and manufacture of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, condensers, after-coolers, receivers, heat recovery systems, evaporators, separators and oil coolers. PS also has the national board “R” stamp for repair of pressure vessels and boilers. PS also builds custom deck and spud barges up to 1800 horsepower.
