Our Mission Possible safety program is our commitment to achieving “zero accidents.” It is our goal to provide a place of employment where everyone is given the time, equipment and training necessary to perform their jobs without injury. At Harper Industries, we view safety performance as the key measurement in the successful completion of every project and the best measure of our ability to manage.

Key elements of the Mission Possible include:

  • Ownership: Every employee, supervisor and manager has ownership for safety. Throughout the Morsey organization, safety is a primary job of everyone.
  • Accountability: Safety is a job prerequisite. All employees are required to perform there work safely.
  • Planning: Thought must be given to every task before it begins. Every employee is charged with the responsibility of taking time to identify potential hazards and controls prior to starting work. Tools, such as Safety Task Analysis (STA’s) are used daily.
  • Training: All employees are required to actively participate in safety training and safety meetings. Training and communication is considered critical to success in all areas.
  • Performance: Employees on every jobsite are expected to perform their work with safety uppermost in their minds. The Morsey goal is zero accidents and zero incidents…always.
