HII is responsible for extended detail design and detail engineering, material procurement services and construction using subcontractors or self-performing the work. The benefits of the EPC arrangement include: overall cost reduction, lower development costs, reduced time to develop the basic design package, design clarification and detail design, minimized overall schedule and delays.

General Contractor
HII takes full responsibility for all construction contracts and manages the work of its own workforce as well as those of subcontractors, ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget.

Design – Build
HII is the single source for project management, planning, design, engineering and construction. This method allows the owner to contract with a single contractor, improving control over the project and saving time and money.

Construction Management
HII acts as the owner’s partner, offering the owner advice, controlling work scope, scheduling, changes and disputes, contracting and procurement, but act as the general contractor during construction.

Sub-contractor
HII provides construction services to General Contractors and EPC Contractors working as a subcontractor on virtually any phase of the construction process.
