Harper Industries is a major supplier of sand and aggregates. Not only do we sell a full line of sand and aggregate, we also have a mining operation, Frontier Aggregates, that produces washed sand and gravel from the San Jacinto River in Montgomery County, Texas.

We provide sand bank sand, select fill and top soils to the marketplace. Our employees are certified by the Mine Safety and health Administration (MSHA). At our classifying facility, we separate and produce concrete sand, mason sand and river gravel.
