Harper Industries is a major service provider to the U.S. Government through its subsidiary Vanguard Contractors (VC), a general contractor based in Paducah, Ky. Harper Industries has performed extensive work for the US Army Corps of Engineers on projects throughout the United States from Tampa, Florida to Anchorage, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Vanguard currently holds 11 government contracts and has experience in design/build, project management, in-house general contracting services, and contract maintenance and repair.
